HYROX Cape Town is getting closer... 👀

Whether you've already entered or you just want to challenge yourself with a new goal, our 8-week HYROX Saturday Series starts 13 June.

Yes, we'll train the sleds, stations and race-specific skills. But more importantly, you'll do it alongside a community that shows up, works hard and makes training fun.

Add in our Run Club every Tuesday plus our daily functional fitness classes, and you'll have everything you need to build strength, endurance and confidence for race day.
