Elmar has vast experience in hockey and cricket coaching. His CRICKET ACHIEVEMENTS include Captaining Paarl Boys High and BOLAND schools at every age group he has played from u13 – u19| played SA schools | Represented EP and BOLAND at Senior Provincial level. Professional and Individual Cricket Coaching for various age groups. His HOCKEY ACHIEVEMENTS include Captaining WP schools | SA schools |

Representing EP and WP at Senior Provincial level | Member of the SA Men’s Hockey Squad. Coaching experience includes Paarl Gim u/19 | Paarl Boys u/13 & u/19 | Boland Senior Ladies | Boland Senior Men’s | EP Senior Ladies | Development Coach for SA Hockey and in charge of Professional and Individual Coaching for various Hockey Schools of Excellence.
