Atlantic Rugby Academy - NPO Isometric training Academy, registered as an NPO and looking to change the lives of young children between the ages of 6 and 13. Supervised by o biokineticist.

The academy is a multi-faceted entity, incorporating rugby teams from ages 7 to under 14, plus conditioning , cardiovascular, isometric and 1 on 1 coaching programmes. We also have specific clinics in the holidays, coupled with fun days incorporating 6 down touch, tag rugby etc… for all age groups

Isometric course:
This course is supervised by a biokineticist and is ideal for young and old. In th

e past year we have had a 12 year old gain 5Kg in solid body weight, and a 67 year old who overcame back problems and lost 8Kg in weight. The course is coupled to a nutrition programme and famous proponents of the course of the course are Jackie Chan and arnold Schwarzenegger. Cost of the course-R240pm for 8 sessions, or revised annual fee. Conditioning programme:
Structured programme based on isometrics and pliametrics which will strengthen the competitive athlete to a degree which will enable him/her to complete competitively at any level. Cardiovascular programme:
Cardiovascular walk coupled to an exercise and nutrition programme. Cost of the course-R200pm for 8 sessions, or revised annual fee.

1 on 1 coaching:
Coaching by position from specialist coaches. Cost of the course varies according to course content. The academy also provides rugby and cricket coaches to schools. All the coaches have completed provincial coaching certificates and in the case of the rugby coaches have completed the Bok Smart injury prevention programme. We also offer physical education programmes for schools through our biokineticists.

We are holding our first ARA Honours Awards that will be celebrated and hosted at 19h00 on Friday 24 February 2023 at the Uni-Mil RFC Club House, Theo Marais Park, Milnerton.
