PILLAR 2: AGE GROUP PROGRAMS - The Right Development at the Right Time
We don't teach a 6-year-old the same as a U19. Our methodology adapts:
- Grassroots Program (Ages 4.5 - 8): 100% INDIVIDUAL focus. Love for the ball, confidence, 1v1, ball mastery. We make the individual brave so he can later help the group.
- Primary Division (U11 & U13): INDIVIDUAL in GROUP context. Technical refinement + introduction to small group play.
- Secondary Division (U15 & U17): GROUP to benefit INDIVIDUAL. Position mastery, systems of play, tactical understanding. The structure makes the individual better.
- Tertiary Division (U19, U21 & U23): COMPETITIVE GROUP. High performance team strategy where elite individuals thrive inside a professional system.
