Hi All,
We have been training and investing in Defianz Street workout in Berario Park in Fairland.
Part of what we do is fitness based, the other part is we help maintain the park keeping it clean and clear of vagrants and litter.
Unfortunately during recent storms some of our equipment was damaged beyond repair, namely our monkey bars and parallel bars which need to be replaced at substantial cost and to prevent further incidents we would like to cut back some of the other old trees that risk damaging more of the equipment should they too fall.
We would also like to get lighting up in the park so that the entire community can train regardless of the time of day this will also enhance the safety of the community around the outdoor gym.
We have therefore started a campaign to get the necessary funding, so any donations would really be appreciated! Every little bit will help us to rebuild in the new year. Thank you! 😊
