: a training mindset consisting of dynamic exercises used to increase strength, speed, explosivesness, agility, co-ordination, dexterity and mental focus/toughness, as well as self-defense. Made up of Calisthenics, dynamic movement training, strength and conditioning, boxing, Muay Thai, grappling and Jiu Jitsu.
End result: dramatic increase in seratonin and endorphins leading to joy, happiness, contentment.
