If you were to stand on the top of a building🔝🏢 and dropped a bag of cement and a bag of feathers off the side. Which would hit the ground first?

A 50kg bag of cement, 50kg bag of feathers. Removing wind and air resistance, it should hit the ground at the same time. 🕵️‍♂️

So what are you getting at🤔?

Cement is strong so let us call this muscle💪. Feathers are movable and light let us call that fat.

Despite its small and compact packaging cement is damn heavy, muscles are similar. The feathers are going to need that big bag to hold it all together. Similar to fat distribution in the body.

Muscle and fat are not↔️ the same. One does not simply turn fat into muscle, nor does muscle turn in fat. Muscle oxidizes fat to produce energy at rest and during exercise.

As you build muscle through exercise you require more energy. The training stimulus⚡ needs progressive overload in order to achieve positive adaptations resulting in greater muscle gain and fat loss.

It takes time⌚, its a journey... The destination🏖️ is with every squat🍑
