I have come to realise something in the health and fitness industry especially when its comes to being a personal trainer and hiring out personal trainers.
Personal training as a career stems out of love and passion for yourself which relate in helping other people.You need to have gone through a certain journey first before embarking in building a persona training business.Its no use just studying a personal training certificate then you think you are the best out there.Its requires giving of yourself for the benefit of others.you got to be vulnerable with yourself so that other people can clearly see your shortcomings and can relate to your journey.a personal trainer is not just rep counter but someone who is able and willing to inspire you on your new journey being fitness,competition.I personally think personal training is a calling not just focusing on the physical aspects but taking the whole person in regard like.a personal trainer education status should be to always learn at everything and anything he/she is involved with.People should not focus on just the physical aspects of their lives but on the whole wellness aspects such emotional,spiritual,financial,psychology and general fun.My dream is the personal training facilty is to have a place where all the wellness aspects are followed and incoporating physical aspects as a fun factor while hosting different events to push my clients during the year.something to look foward,I need for my clients to just not look at a gym for something they need to do its should be something thay want to do like a hobby done everyday in my lifestime

The reason I do what do,I love fitness and love helping people achieve their goals in health in a fun and loving way for me its not about money but its about teaching someone the basic in fitness that can last a lifetime.I dint think of myself as a trainer of just giving you a program i want to go through the journey with you and share everything i have learnt throughout my years in fitness be it in gym,fitness classes,nutrition and now herbalife.Ive studied a lot in my years i first studied sport management,Information technology,Nosa(safety course),personal training(in the united kingdom BSY),call centre training,other various fitness courses and still studying personal training through trifocus academy.the reason I am telling you all this is not to show off but to show where I have been,because I get people asking why am I so cheap as a personal trainer,don't I value myself enough,its not that I love helping as much people as I possible can.Im not selfish with my knowledge God knows I should be big headed now,but im not I help every other person in the gym as much as possible.My vision for newcastle is to have a physical activity centre(I will not call it a gym) that I can open which will be accessible to the general public at a reasonable price and have inspired fitness trainers and personal trainers(I believe a trainer should look the part-not having a big belly,or smoke which I did and have quit.I am looking to open in it in osizweni or madadeni area and have a personal training facility in newcastle (a house facility) fitness is me I love it tis is my passion,this is the reason I wake up in the morning

Good morning.I'm thinking of training people at the homes,having a personal trainer comes in your home and forget gym with all its membership,parking and inadequate group training classes.I'm thinking of having it with Newcastle,madadeni,osizweni.it's can come in form of a one on one training,partner training,small group training in homes;parks,churches and any other open areas you are willing to train.my vision is to make health and fitness available to everyone at a reasonable price.let train with someone who has ample experience both theoretical and practical but above all let it be fun.we don't need a gym to move.feel free to contact me on 0746410329 or Facebook me

A little about me (My why)

I grew up in newcastle with my brothers and my mother.In school I was not sporty or anything.I tried to sing in a choir,did gumboot dance and did an extra computer class
after school.After matric I did a sport management course in wits technikon for four years and then I went to UK blackpool for two years where I was a leisure assitance
for at two years where the gym thing started.I ended up coming back when my visa ended which I went to newactive as a fitness instructor,and I went to virgin active
durban (soldier way)where I was a virgin active personal trainer for one year,i then wnt to johannesburg virgin active sunninghill where I was a fitness instructor
which I ended up as a 2IC to the group exercise manager its was very exciting and fun,I then decided to go to newcastle again to try again,which I ended up and studied
information technology in CTI Durban for two years.I could not find a job in IT and I was really fat with bad habits like drinking and smoking,i trained myself to
lose weight and i lost.The funny thing about all this is the lack of confidence i have in myself when I was in the uk I did a BSY course in personal training,and when
I came back I did a course in exercise science through instiute of fitness professionals and currently I'm doing a course with trifocus academy all because of my lack
od confidence in myself and my hunger to assist as many people I can.With all the experience i have in the gym and outside i have come to realise in lifestyle management
when its comes to transforing your body its not about going to the gym amd being present there its about being active throughout your day and be disciplined in your food
food intake and take a conscience decisions within yourself to be healthy(its wont be easy believe me).
