The **Wingin’ It Pull-Up Challenge** will test your upper-body strength, grip, control and endurance—one clean rep at a time.

Watch **Betty** from Boston City Campus and **Nathi** from Life on the Move Gym as they demonstrate correct technique, explain the judging standards and share tips to help you make every repetition count.

🚨 28 DAYS TO LEVEL UP 🚨

We are launching our 4-Week Strength Rebuild Phase at LIFE ON THE MOVE.

This is NOT random workouts.
This is a structured training block designed to:

✅ Increase your squat & deadlift
✅ Improve your Olympic lifts

For 4 weeks we train with purpose.
