What a fricken weekend! 😅

Let's hear it TFCO family – what did you guys get up to this weekend? Drop your photos, videos, and stories in the comments. Hope everyone had a safe and enjoyable one!

We kicked things off with the The forbidden track John Rock 4x4 Track and Camp Ground Night Drive yesterday. It was a nice, relaxed outing with some great company. Michella Deyzel and myself hopped in with Pierre Goussard in his Thar, and I must say, every brand has something unique that makes it special.

The Mahindra Thar is an absolute machine off-road. A seriously underrated vehicle that impressed me throughout the drive.

Then Oom Johnny H Duvenhage insisted that I take a cruise with the convoy in his Ou Baas while waiting for Pierre. Thanks, Oom – that was a real treat! The real "Ou Baas" himself. His modified C**t running the 3.2 diesel motor is an incredible setup. Very capable off-road, yet surprisingly comfortable and stable on the road, even while running in 4L.

This morning started early... very early! I was up at 04:00 trying to "stook the donkey" and get the fire going again just to warm things up. It was freezing! 🔥🥶

From there we headed off to Syringa Park for a recovery training day with Afro Offroad . A few TFCO members attended and walked away with some valuable knowledge and practical recovery skills. A big thank you to the Afro Offroad team for sharing their expertise and making it such an informative day.

Now I'm running on fumes, feeling properly tired, but still busy putting together some content from the weekend.

Weekends like this remind me why we do what we do. Good people, good vehicles, good training, and plenty of memories made.
