What an absolute pleasure it was to host a lovely group of hikers from Mtentu Ramble at the Hiking Shack this weekend.

Since it was a smaller group of four wonderful women, we decided to make the evening extra special with a hearty homemade meal. On the menu was delicious fish and chips, a creamy broccoli and cauliflower oven bake, garlic bread, and two fresh salads. And to finish it all off, chocolate mousse with whipped cream for dessert.

The compliments throughout the evening truly meant so much to us. The ladies could not stop praising the food and shared how the whole experience felt like a 5-star getaway.

At the Hiking Shack, we believe that after a long day of exploring the beauty of the Wild Coast, great food, comfort, and genuine hospitality are what complete the experience.

Thank you again to Mtentu Ramble for choosing to stay with us, we loved having you here and hope to welcome you back again soon.
