200 daily push-ups to build a chest —it build LIFE. PATIENCE, COMMITMENT DISCIPLINE is what we need LET'S

Try this chest-destroyer workout that requires ZERO equipment:
- 4 sets of regular push-ups (to failure)
- 3 sets of diamond push-ups (to failure)
- 3 sets of wide-grip push-ups (to failure)
- 2 sets of decline push-ups (to failure)
- Finish with a 10 super slow push-ups then power out to failure.

Rest 90 seconds between sets. Your chest will SCREAM, but that’s growth happening.
