It is with great sadness that Sussex Cricket Club extends its heartfelt condolences to the families, friends, teammates, and loved ones of Mr. Gertse, a valued member of our club, and Diego Wessels, one of our dedicated players.

Their passing has left a profound void in our Sussex Cricket family. We are deeply grateful for the memories, commitment, friendship, and passion they shared with our club. Their contributions, both on and off the field, will never be forgotten.

During this time of sorrow, our thoughts and prayers are with their families. May you find strength, comfort, and peace in the love and support of those around you, and may the cherished memories of Mr. Gertse and Diego forever remain in your hearts.
