Hi, I’m Nicolene!
☕ Born and raised in Mossel Bay 🌊

Coffee keeps me going, snacks keep me happy, and sleep is my favourite hobby. 😴🍫 You’ll usually find me binge-watching “just one more episode”... which somehow turns into an entire season. 📺🍿

Family is my whole world. ❤️ Nothing beats quality time with the people I love—especially sitting around a fire, sharing stories, laughing until our stomachs hurt, and making unforgettable memories. 🔥😂

Oh... and more than half the time I’m freezing—even if it’s just the tiniest breeze outside. 🥶😂 So if you ever see me wearing a jersey while everyone else is perfectly fine... that’s why. 🤍😂

Just a small-town girl with a big heart, a coffee in one hand ☕ - well sometimes 😉 , and always ready for good laughs, great company, and making memories that last a lifetime. 🤎

Responsibilities & Expectations
• Contribute to a positive work place
• Treat all people with respect and dignity
• Be professional at all times
• Serve clients with a high level of competence
• Be accountable and stress accountability
• Contribute to the improvement of the facility
• Remain engaged and continuously seek self-improvement & be teachable
(Must be able to work shifts 05:00 - 13:00 & 12:00 - 20:00 and every second weekend)
• Contribute in seeking new members and signing up contracts for client growth

Coaching & Training:
• Ensure free trials and guests are welcomed, have been given a brief introduction and filled out our waiver
• Maintain a motivating and engaging class
• Ensure the gym is clean after each class
• Providing high quality coaching and training in a safe environment, using CrossFit/trainer/sports conditioning, etc. methodologies

Our goal is to produce an environment in which coaches/trainers are vested in the success of the box/facility and satisfaction and improvement of the members.
