Training is a mindset. Everyone is waiting for the right motivation to train.. Let me tell you I haven't been motivated for more than 10 years yet I get that work in everyday.. "But we're in lockdown and we have no equipment" THOSE WHO REALLY WANT TO WILL FIND A WAY, THOSE WHO DON'T WILL FIND AN EXCUSE.. When I was younger and my broke ass couldn't afford to join a gym I would find steel poles in my parents garage, tie bricks to them and start squatting, do push ups, driveway sprints, anything I could... Training is a mindset and you should look at it as something you do for the rest of your life, not just before your summer holiday, or wedding or whatever else at the time you have going on. I didn't always have this mindset, I just met some great people along the way who helped guide me, but ultimately it's a power decision that comes from you to make that change and when you decide to make the change then the right people start turning up in your life.

When I train clients I don't just hand them a workout and an eating plan.. I help them cultivate a health and wellness mindset that will ensure that when our time as client/trainer comes to an end for whatever reason that I've left them in better place than when they walked through that gym door. Every workout whether it be combat, conditioning, weights, cardio I always finish with 100 kicks.. It's a dojo habit my Sensei gave me.. I like creating small habits that I stick to no matter what, it's called discipline. DISCIPLINE not just in your training but in all areas of your life is the gift that keeps on giving. πŸ‘ˆπŸΎπŸ‘‰πŸΎ

A month ago Ty hadn't thrown a punch in anger.. Now after constant drilling things are starting to happen. Work to be done but the improvements just in the past 2 weeks are vast. 1% better erry day!
