What a weekend of Basketball 🏀✨ ⁣

This past weekend, CTBA hosted the second week of the senior division playoffs at UCT — and MVBC made history. We entered with all our senior teams still in the hunt for championship glory, and we walked away with GOLD across the board. ⁣
⁣
Our Super League Ladies reminded us once again what champions are made of. Back-to-Back titles, an undefeated CTBA ’25 season, and a legacy of excellence that inspires every young Viking. Well done, Ladies — your tradition of winning continues to shine. ⁣

Our Super League Men reclaimed their crown as Champions. The journey back to the top has been long, but this season proved their resilience and strength. With only one loss all year, they showed what it means to honor the jersey and the history of our club. Proud is an understatement. ⁣

And then came the cherry on top — the All-Vikings M1 Final. From the moment our Alumni team joined the league, this matchup became the dream. Both squads battled through the season with just one loss each, until the Finals where the Big Brothers reminded the Little Brothers what legacy looks like. A true family affair, and a moment that will live in MVBC tradition. ⁣

This unforgettable weekend was the perfect way to celebrate our 30th Anniversary. Thirty years of history, character, and connection — and now, a triple crown of senior division victories to mark the occasion. ⁣

To sum it up… What a weekend of Basketball. What a legacy. What a club.
