Attention all it's been a while since I've been posting something on my page today I just wna say pple must plz take note of all these signs and symptoms never ignore these sign's and symptoms dnt think ag it's just your age or maybe you getting to old now it's not abt your age pple getting chest pains at any age evens if you a young teenager read it carefully then you'll knw if you got any of these sickness let me tell you something when the weather is exstreamly hot 🔥🥵 with tempretures rising over 45 degree's anyone can get a HEATSTROKE when there's a HEATWAVE and you siting under a tree just to cool off but the weatwave still making everything warm evens the cement pavement is burning yr feet when u take off your shoes. SYNTOMS when your body temperature feels very warm acsesive sweating from your face down your whole body dehydration dry mouth short of breath feeling like you gna collapse anytime feeling of fatigue avoid dressing in warm clothes remember the warmer yr clothes is the more hotter your body temperature feels go take a swim in the pool or if not at the beach or swimming pools take cold running tap water in a bugget throw the cold water over your whole body from your head to toe sit in a shade don't dry yourself off keep your body wet wth cold water so that your body temperature can cool down again avoid taking hot baths when it's a HEATWAVE with tempretures rising over 45 degree's as time goes quick it's almost Easter school holidays again parents plz if you going to the beaches with your families and u are a strong swimmer doesn't mean if u see something busy drowning out at Sea u mst go try to play hero so many strong swimmers lost their lives at sea thn pple often say but how did he or she end up drowning while trying 2 save some one caught in a rip current a strong swimmer can also drown in a rip current if they dnt knw how to get out of it never swim direct wth a rip current dnt panic when caught in a rip current go wth the rip current 👋

Attention all it's festive season now and each and everyday we hear about hit and run on our roads killing innocent pple due to under influence of alcohol and drugs member if u jst smoking ma*****na if u smoking to much of it a whole parcel ma*****na can also make u feel drunk or high not focusing on the things u doing when driving u either speed or drive recklessly killing other innocent pple on the roads sum drinking alcohol while busy driving remember if traffic cops catch u it's a helse fine or end up behind bars until nxt January 2026 for drunken driving or driving without driver's license or speed reckless driving those who going to the beaches through out the year temperature today is 32degrees in Cptwn Worcester 36 degrees and Touwsriver 32 degrees today plz watch your kids whn going 2 public swimming pools or 2 the beaches dnt leave yr kids unattached or let yr 5yrs old child carry yr baby into the pool remember baby pools are slippery especially if u run and play around in the baby pools dnt run wth lollipops into yr mouths while playing around in kiddies municipality swimming pools where its knee deep u can jst slipped and fall then that lollipops stucked in your throat causing Airway blockage so parents plz dnt let u kids play around chasing each other in public municipality swimming pools let them sit still and eat their sweets finish bfre entering the pool beach goers plz swim where there's lifeguards and swim between the Red and Yellow Lifeguards are ON DUTY flags blue bottle stings Parents plz watch yr kids dnt let them tramp on a bluebottle if they see it laying on the beach tht bluebottle is still alive waiting for wave to wash it back into the ocean if yr kids pick tht bluebottle up it got a long string wth tenticles on it if touch it clamps into the skin causes it to burnt DO NOT RUB it off wth sand as it can cause further damage 2 the skin tissue use clean running tap water or if u got in 5lt bottle pour the water over the effected area .

Hi and a very warm welcome back to all my fb page viewer's plz read here and take note what's it all abt when going to the beaches plz pple swim where there's lifeguards on the beaches if u see there's Red and Yellow Lifeguards are on Duty flags then you must knw the beaches is safe to swim most of the pple or mostly teenagers where they are fishing bcz their dad are busy fishing there instead of go down further where they see the Red and Yellow flags then they knw there's Lifeguards on duty parent's plz do not let your kids play in the water where the daddy is busy wth fishing there's strong underwater rip currents which can swept your kids into the sea water in a split second if they got beach balls to play don't let them play near the water wth that ball if some one kicked tht ball into the sea water thn the waves swept tht ball further into the sea and whn the kids are trying to get the ball it's already far away into the deep waters making it difficult for the kids to go that far out to sea and tht is how drowning can accure same goes wth boogie boards if u can't swim into the deep waters dnt use yr boogie boards especially when it's high tide most of the kids cnt swim they hang on that boogie board without thinking they can just fall of into the deeper water where they can't stand and that's how they started to panic thn lifeguards mst run to go save them . To all those competive swimmers or jst good swimmers dnt try to be a hero to risk yr lives trying 2 save some one out at Sea without knowing your safety first No1 do u knw yr Rescue and Released Teqniques means how to free yourself from a drowning victim if not stay away from trying to be kwi leave it 4 the lifeguards lots of pple end up drowning then the pple always say but he or she was then so a gud strong swimmer then the patient survive and the swimmer drowned bcz while trying 2 save the drowning victim pulled him under the water keeping him under the water until help comes thts the reason why ?

Attention to all business pple I'm urgently looking for some one to sponsor me wth a 8x4 swimming pool shell plus accessories sand filter pump included plz I'm a qualified swimming swimming instructor and Level 3 first responders I bought me a big 644sqm plot here in Touwsriver N1 main road I wna teach all these kids here in Touwsriver how to swim how to get use to the water what to do if they fall into a deep pool any donations will do as Touwsriver is a poor community I will teach them for free if I have my own swimming pool plz I did sell my 6x4m swimming pool shell bcz it was standing for to long above the ground wth the very hot temperature here in Touwsriver it's up to 37degrees sometimes 40 degrees now that im ready see that I'm staying in in Touwsriver Main road N1 you can inbox me Yasmine or call me on 0810546411 plz it's a matter of urgency I need to teach the children how to swim see thts gna be December school holidays now on the 10th December GOD bless 🙏🙏🙏

Attention all plz listen to me and read all these pics on my post it's time of the season again where everyone is going to the beaches now as weather temperature rising to 34 degrees it's sad to see how many teenagers lost their lives at sea in this month and it's not yet festive season plz pple if u going 2 the beaches swim where there's lifeguards by swimming between the Red and Yellow Lifeguards are on Duty flags if u good swimmers and it's high tide don't challenge your friends to go deeper wth you and come let's see how far u can go deeper u friend might not be a good swimmer then they go after you to show off never try to impress pple 2 see how good u can swim and end up in difficulty and boys who like to play wth their soccer ball on the beach 🌊 if tht ball goes into the sea water remember the if it's high tide thn the strong underwater rip currents can swept tht ball further and deeper into the water making it difficult for u to rich it rather play wth that ball away from the beach there's enough big play grounds to play wth tht ball dnt go swim if u under influence or alcohol and drugs this is also a big prblm when pple are under influence or alcohol and drugs then they dnt care how deep they go into the water listen to the lifeguards whn they blow their whistles on the beach it's either u dnt swim between the Red and Yellow flags or if continues blowing their whistles it can be a mass Rescue or shark alarm mass rescue means when there's several or large number of pple getting into difficulties and to those who are strong competitive swimmers dnt think jst bcz u are a gud swimmer u can go and rescue some one out to sea it's not abt hw gud can u swim it's abt wht u knw abt your safety first how can u defend yourself against tht person busy drowning out there remember if u rich tht patient out there first thing he or she gna grab u pull u under water if u dnt knw the Rescue and Released Teqniques stay out of it u gna find yourself end up drowning .

Attention all it's tht time of the season again that everyone is going to the beaches and public swimming pools remember always swim where there's lifeguards on duty by swimming between the Red and Yellow Lifeguards are on Duty flags plz listen to lifeguards when they blow their whistles it might be you not swimming between the Red and Yellow flags or it's a Shark alarm the black and white checkered flag or the black and white shark flag means shark infested waters if lifeguard continues blowing their whistles that means it's either a shark alarm or mass rescue a mess rescue means when there's several or a large number of pple busy drowning . If you a strong competitive swimmer it doesn't mean you can keep u brave buy going out to sea by rescuing some one out at seas remember if some one is busy drowning out there and as a swimmer thinks u can go rescue tht person think again it's nt abt how good and strong swimmer u are it's about what u knw your safety how to release yrself from that person busy holding u tight and dragged u under water jst to stay above the water if u dnt knw the Rescue and Released Teqniques how to defend urself from tht person busy drowning the person busy drowning out there is so powerful by the tym u rich the victim he or she can pull u dwn under the water if u not strong enough to defend yrself u will end up drowning yrself if it's after hours when lifeguards are off duty and there's a resume out to sea use that pink Rescue Torpedo Bouys on the beach 🌊 the Rescue Torpedo Bouys can carry up to 6 patients in a drowning event never go save some one with out a Pink Rescue Torpedo Bouys the surf lifesavers use the yellow Rescue Torpedo Bouys dnt try to be a hero and end up drowning plz u can also call the NSRI by using the Emergency numbers on my post here if there's no Lifeguards on duty or after hours parents plz dnt let yr kids play in the water where pple are busy fishing there's strong under water currents which can swept yr kids far out 2
