ℹ You're Invited: Milnerton Lagoon Community Meeting

Join us for an engaging community meeting focused on the ongoing rehabilitation of the Milnerton Lagoon. This session will provide updates on the City's initiatives aimed at improving the lagoon's water quality and overall ecosystem health.

Agenda Highlights:
💧Rehabilitation Efforts: Learn about the progress of projects such as ultrafiltration works, dewatering processes, and other interventions designed to enhance water quality in the lagoon.
🚧Hydrogen Sulphide Odour: City Health officials will address concerns regarding the hydrogen sulphide smell emanating from the anaerobic conditions in the lagoon, explaining its causes and the measures being taken to mitigate it.
‍🙋Community Engagement: An open forum for residents to ask questions, provide feedback, and discuss the future of the Milnerton Lagoon.
