Dear friends. Due to COVID-19 we had to close the yogagarden until further notice. Thanks to everyone who came to practice with us and to the Yoga community in Cape Town. We are very grateful for the beautiful times we shared, the things we learned and people we met.
The current situation has forced many yoga studios to temporarly close down. Yet many continue to teach and spread the love online 💞⭐! Check out for online classes or check in with your favourite teacher and try to support local businesses if you can ! (the amazing souls
will come up with something 🔥 soon as well I would think).
If you too are struggeling there are lots of free yoga, meditation & breathwork classes online that can help to ease fears and strengthen the immune system.
We are working on a weekly class that will be send to you via e mail, please pm if you would like further information.
Stay safe & stay at home (or in nature 🌱🌊) as much as you can. There is lots of ways to give back to the community, like shopping for an elderly or sick neighbour (those at biggest risk who should minimise contact to others as much as possible) or shifting your diet to integrate more plant based food, since eating animals & mass animal farming are the root cause of many of todays health hazards such as multi resistens bacteria or viruses 😣
