Our MHS branch will be open from tomorrow 18/08/20 and Mhluzi branch from 19/08/20.
Please be advised that exercise is only permitted on bookings, there is 1 hour slots starting from 05:00 with 30 min breaks to allow for sanitising:
05:00 - 06:00
06:30 - 07:30
08:00 - 09:00
09:30 - 10:30
11:00 - 12:00
12:30 - 13:30
14:00 - 14:30
15:00 - 16:00
16:30 - 17:30
18:00 - 19:00
19:30 - 20:30
Limit of 30 spaces available per slot so Bookings are crucial.

We are OPEN 18 August 2020!!!!
Our MHS branch will be open from 18/08/20 as normal. Mhluzi branch will open 19/08/20 as normal. Bookings are essential as we have certain exercise slots available. Exercise slots will be published in due time.

Mondays & Wednesdays, 08:00 - 17:00
Fridays, 08:00 - 14:00

Face mask will be compulsory upon entry and full screenings will be done.

Good evening,

Due to the ongoing lockdown we will not be debiting our bi-annual levy for the month of June but postponing it until we are allowed to open our facilities again.

Once again we thank each and every member who continues to pay their monthly fees - all this time lost will be added to the end of your membership.

Thanks to all who are still paying their membership fees, it is highly appreciated. For these members whose accounts are up to date, don't stress, these lockdown days will be added to your contract at the end of your term for FREE. As well to make up for lost time all Inspire Fitness branches will stay open through out December.
