Shukokai Merrivale KZN Karate improves individuals focus and concentration levels including the ability to defend themselves if the situation should arise.

We are in the people improvement business and are affiliated to Kimura Shukokia International. Joined Shukokai karate in 1980 and am currently a 4th DAN, teaching at various dojo's in KZN
