Meet Linda, 56 year old Wonder Woman, 22 Leg operations after a serious accident. Started out with a PVC pipe, and today, after trusting the process, she did this!

A 80kg Deadlift, you are a pretty incredible person Linda, strength really is the only drug you need for longevity.
