I cannot express how much more you enjoy life when you find amazing people who all have common interests, passions & morals!!💪🏼🏋️‍♀️👣🙏..and I have recently been blessed with a whole bunch on them!! ( )

With Heavy Legs and Enthusiastic Hearts we smashed a little 6.4km hill run (with some beach pit stops)!!🦵🏼🔥🏃🏻‍♀️🏃🏼‍♀️
..even stopped for a good stretch session afterwards!!😇
