Being a personal trainer is not just my job — it’s a calling. But being a single mom? That’s my greatest purpose. 💪👩‍👧

Some days I’m exhausted. Some days I question if I’m doing enough. But then I look at my daughter, running around the gym and I remember why I do this.

She’s growing up in a space where strength is normal, where women lift heavy and show up even when life gets tough. She’s watching her mom build a life with her bare hands — one rep, one client, one early morning at a time.

She’s not just growing up in a gym — she’s growing up in a world where her mom didn’t quit. And that’s the kind of legacy I want to leave.

I just got the test hoodie back… and it’s looking FANCY 😍🔥

Super, super happy with how it turned out — especially for a first test run!
While I was working on the Reset for Women program, the idea popped into my mind:
What if I started designing hoodies, sweatshirts, tanks, leggings, all branded with SheRise Fitness and created for women who rise?

Pieces that make you feel strong even before the workout begins.
That speak to who we are, women showing up, rising up, and doing the hard things.

Is this something I’ll fully pursue? I’m not 100% sure yet… but I’m so excited about the possibility.
This is just a sneak peek of what I have in mind, but I had to share it with you all. ✨

This? Took me 3 minutes the night before.
And it tastes like pudding 👇
🥣 Crushed Weet-Bix
🍶 Cottage cheese + Greek yogurt
🍫 Chocolate whey
🍓 Strawberries

Packed with protein, full of fiber, naturally sweet — and honestly?
I can’t decide if it’s breakfast, a snack, or dessert.
(Probably all three.)

No overthinking. No tracking. Just real food for a real woman who’s trying to feel better — not perfect.

Now the real question is…
Am I going to eat the whole thing in one sitting?
