Congratulations to our very own U/19 netball player, Class of 2025, Paballo Makokga!
Paballo achieved an outstanding 7 distinctions in her Matric results and ranked number 1 in both Capricorn North and South Districts.

We are pleased to announce the commencement of a new year and season.🎊🥂

Rising Stars Netball Club, based in Polokwane and Turfloop, extends an invitation to parents and guardians with children interested in playing netball. Our club welcomes new members and invites interested individuals to join us for an introductory session tomorrow, 6 January 2026, at 5pm.

We cater to a wide range of age groups, including senior females, senior males, and juniors from 9 to 19 years old. Training sessions are scheduled for Tuesdays and Thursdays at 5pm, held at the netball courts near Peter Mokaba Stadium.

If you are interested in joining, please attend the session or send an inbox message for further details, and we will connect you with our team managers.

Today we celebrate Mrs Denise Bothma

As we continue to celebrate every milestone of all individuals in our club. Looking forward to january 😀 she is one of the team managers in the club ..she have been appointed to be SA U21 team manager .

Served as Baobabs team manager for years now and Won Gold Medal in 2023 B Division and now , shes currently the SA U21 Team manager .

The team won Gold at the Africa Qualifiers for U21 world cup and now she's preparing for Jamaica in January 🌎🗺 ..

Continue to serve and wear the badge with pride Mrs Denise Bothma..we are proud of you .

On this last sunday of the year 2024 we choose Fazel Marivate 🤍💜

If you had of asked him 10 years ago when he was still a player if this dream was achievable? Maybe he would’ve had my doubts. With guidance, support & the passion he had for the game lead him to choose this path to serve and run between the side lines and officiate Big matches ,from Club level, USSA ,National championships, Telkom Netball League & to officiate at AUCS Region V games in Malawi

We are so proud of your persistence, hard work ,you always put your best foot forward. Whatever position you’re put in.

You are appreciated!.

A great come back from Coach Melvin , Kamogelo and some of the Rising Stars Male players

The team just fell short to be champions in their U23 division at the National male championships. we see a bigger picture and we celebrate the achievement of the U23 Capricorn team . It was not about winning and losing; it’s about every day hard work and about thriving on a challenge. It’s about embracing the pain that you’ll experience at the end of a race and not being afraid. The U23 went hard in each game they played and they were never afraid of certain challenges they came across ,because they had confidence and determination and they never give up..

One day you will be Champions guys, we are proud of you guys and the management of the team..Congratulations 🎊 on your Silver Medal 🥈
