Please arrive early so you’ve got time to sign in and settle in.
- We’ll be heading out at 5:30pm – let’s keep the rhythm flowing together.
- Headlamps are required for all distances – they’re non-negotiable.

❗*Quick reminder*: headlamps are compulsory for all distances — light up those trails and shine on.

Because good runs deserve good eats… Umdoni and TT have some exciting meal specials brewing for the months ahead. Stay tuned, it’s going to be delicious!

MRK will be doing Vitality and Momentum health assessments from 16h30 to 19h00. If you’re planning a longer run, it’s best to come a bit earlier to get your assessment done before you hit the trails.
