Here's a friendly reminder that it's okay if your fitness journey takes a while ⌚
Taking time to do things correctly is better than doing something unsustainable for a short period of time just to get results
Building muscle takes time.
Building and creating new habits such as eating better or getting into the feel of exercise takes time.
And fat loss takes time.
And you know what? That's perfectly fine.
"Good things take time" like they always say, and I totally agree!
So remember, 3 months, 6 months or even 2 years. It doesn't matter.
