Titan stat 2. and Shiné Van Der Linde did a marvellous job Clearing the 140kg in the Womans "MAX" Deadlift !!

Also a Personal Record For Both Woman.

Titan Stat 1:

Casper did 71 Deadlifts, on the Deadlift Challenge , Taking the Gold in his AMRAP of 90 seconds - 70kg std Weight

Casper then also reached the weight of 210 kg With 2 Reps .

Casper got Overtaken by Julius Ackermann with a weight of 210kg - 2 Reps which tied up the Score sheets

Hendrik went for the Victory with 3 REPS at 210kg to take the Win Wow what a Performance !!!

He dominated this weekend at the Titan Day #2

With an AMRAP (as many reps as possible in 120sec) of 70kg for 65 reps 🤯
210kg Deadlift 2 reps

And won the mens Tyre Pull with his team mate Hendrik (co-owner of ShindrikFit) 🔥

I cannot wait to see what is still to come for this client of mine.

Here's a friendly reminder that it's okay if your fitness journey takes a while ⌚

Taking time to do things correctly is better than doing something unsustainable for a short period of time just to get results

Building muscle takes time.

Building and creating new habits such as eating better or getting into the feel of exercise takes time.

And fat loss takes time.

And you know what? That's perfectly fine.

"Good things take time" like they always say, and I totally agree!

So remember, 3 months, 6 months or even 2 years. It doesn't matter.
