Come put your walk and stalk capabilities to test in an area where walk and stalk frequently delivers success as the bush itself in which you hunt actually allows
for walk and stalk. Our speciality challenge is to walk and stalk the highly alert Limpopo Bushbuck specifically in the habitat where it co-exists with Africa’s super stealth hunter the leopard. When leopard finds it difficult to bring down bushbucks, imagine the thrill and achievement you will experience when you can bring a bushbuck down in its own backyard in the same way as the leopard does… stealthily and ON FOOT! We have three such walk and stalk areas specifically with winding trails which places our bow hunter in areas where he may most definitely also come in close enough proximity to the elusive “ghost of Africa”, waterbuck, wildebeest, warthog, common duiker, steenbok, klipspringer, Giraffe, Impala, Nyala. In addition to ample walk and stalk opportunities, 12 carefully placed hides will allow you yet another way of bow hunting, namely to mimic the lion’s preferred method of hunting… Ambush! 3 Tree hides with unbelievable views way above the scent zone of animals await you, as well as 8 sunken hides in addition to 1 ground level hide on top of a typical Bushveld mountain. If this is not enough, imagine yourself with your bow in the darkness of night... hunting by (for a change) using mostly your ears only to pick up noises that may indicate Bushpig, African Civet, Caracal, brown Hyena, African Wild Cat, Lesser and Large Spotted Genets as well as porcupine… to then have a dim head light switched on to allow you to draw your bow on an illusive nocturnal animal such as any of the above… while many times male leopards' territorial grunts may be heard at the same time. We ensure the method of hunting will suit your level of experience. We can literally place you from 15 yards of a game animal to 300 yards to take your (first ever or 300th plus?) shot … with no risk of anything being coined the dreadful “canned hunt”. Highly adept shottists have the choice to shoot animals up to and even considerably beyond an incredible distance of 2200 yards… Come test your long distance shooting skills here! However, let us never forget our ethical responsibility towards the animals that we hunt as sportsmen. Shots will only be taken once all concerned are happy that the risks of wounding an animal will be minimal.
