The following rules and regulations are meant to kasi tournament which is hoasted by the football officials in Newstance In Phikwe. This document is a prove of all process,amindments and obligations that every team which take part in the tournament is ititled to.
Article 0:1
Every team which is willing to take part in the tournament must shw interest by affiliating well in time the agreed offer by tournament comitee. A team which affiliate late might be suspended in the tournament or allowed to partcipate and be fined a sum of P50.00.
0:2) Every team which take part in the tourney must register sixteen(16) players/of which 11 players in the field will be substituted by five (5) players off the bench..A.player who sign for two or more teams will be a defaulter and will not be aĺlowed to play,unless the issue is tackled by the comitee.A team which will use a player who is not registered will be fined a sum of P100.00 to the team played against.
Teams registration list can not be changed,either by adding players or swapping players during the tournament,that can be done in the next tournament.
0:3) A refree will be assigned by the comitee and he/she is to officiate all the games in a particular tournament.
0:4) Any form of misconduct by a team will lead to a fine if not suspension from the tournament.
0:5) FiFa fair play,rules and regulations are used in any issue where clarity will be needed.
0.6) A protest should be launched to the commitee immeditely after a particular fixture.
0:7) in a case where a particular team did not honour a fixture/if a team has withdrawn/ when a team has been suspended/ruled out of the tournament a team which was suppose to play that team will be given an advantage to go through to the next stage of the tournament.
0:8) A refree is allowed to call off the game at any time to allow the penalty shoot out to take place before it can be too dark.
