We know it’s been a bit quiet – winter had us all bundled up! ❄️ But the sun is making a comeback, and so are WE!

Classes start again from 15 August 🎉 and we’re working hard to finalize our class times to fit everyone in.

My name is Hanim. I am a Psychology student and a Fr3kls Aquatics coach. From young, I have enjoyed being in water, especially as a way to keep fit and healthy and I have dabbled in several aquatic sports, such as competitive and open water swimming, waterpolo and lifesaving. We are excited to announce our collaboration with & for the Water and Wellness Workshop on 02 June 2024!

Even though we are often out of the water, it is always
possible to feel how it connects all of us. This wellness
experience is designed to help you uncover the ever-present water world around us through exchanging engaging ocean stories, insightful knowledge and fun physical activities based on breathwork. Led by storytellers, scientists and specialised wellness instructors.

Join us for an absolutely amazing session, filled with story telling, yoga, immersion and breath work with the most amazing individuals.
