🔥 A Special Day for Rio Grappling Club West Coast 🔥

Rio Grappling Club West Coast had the honour of welcoming a very special visit from Rio Grappling Co-founder Robert Atalla, along with legends Rico Hattingh and David Kawitzky.

A massive thank you for the incredible master class, the knowledge shared, and the time spent with our team on the mats.

It was a privilege for our members to learn from such experienced and respected figures in the grappling community. The lessons, details, and energy brought to the session will stay with us and continue to help our students grow.

Thank you for inspiring the next generation of grapplers and for being part of our West Coast journey.

We are proud to be part of the Rio Grappling family.

What a great experience at our free MMA / Striking Class hosted at

A big thank you to and for sharing their knowledge, experience, and energy with everyone who attended.

The class focused on striking, movement, confidence, conditioning, and practical skills, with all levels welcome. It was great to see the Rio family show up, work hard, and enjoy the session together.

🔥 Western Cape MASA Team Selection 🔥

Rio Grappling Club West Coast is incredibly proud to announce that 5 of our club members have been selected to represent the Western Cape at the upcoming MASA National Championship & Festival 2026.

The championship will take place in Pretoria from 26 to 28 June 2026.
