So I get lots of questions like : How long did it take you to achieve this amazing physique? Are you on any kind of Steroid ? Where you always muscular (that makes me laugh hard when I get this question ) Can I achieve same within 6months ? What meal plan are you on ?

It’s all okay to ask all these questions because most people think it’s magic but hell no it’s not . It took me years of discipline, time, and every resources I put in to get my desired goals ( which I don’t think I have attained yet . Giggles 🤭) .

So many people have unrealistic goals and sometimes when your expectations are so high form the beginning things might not play out as you imagined .

As we all know Rome wasn’t built in a day . I know there are so many people battling with loosing weight , gaining muscular mass , or whatever the case maybe always breakdown your goals into three units viz a viz Short term goal , Medium , and Long term goal . This makes your goal more realistic as possible .

I would use myself as an example ; being a very skinny boy at my teenage period I had a picture of whom I wanted to look like ( fitness figure ) so I took measurements of all the basic body parts that I wanted to track and then the short term goal was to at least add 1cm to these parts I measured (for instance my bicep ) for the first 2-3months and guess what it worked out for me .

Furthermore let’s not forget your diet has a major role to play In whatever your fitness goal(s) is/are .

Word of advice start from somewhere no matter how small the results are it’s still better than nothing . Just keep pushing and keep the zeal on ,no matter how difficult it is you will get there .
