We bought land! This is our 1 hectare piece of land (in Sun Valley) to start farming for Happy Land Farm, build our home and also… a yoga studio! The yoga studio will be constructed out of containers. It is just the beginning, and there isn’t even a toilet on site, but we are planning all kinds of yoga events and super excited to share with you! 🤸🏽‍♀️👩🏽‍🌾🌺🙈🥳😂🤍🩷

Join us for gentle Hatha Yoga sessions at Moms and Tots Beaulieu in the Kyalami area. We start on the 7th Feb 2023. When: Tuesdays at 2:30pm-3:30pm at R80 per person. Bring your own mat! Tots can have fun in the play area while yogis strengthen their mind and body. Looking forward to practicing with you! 💗

It’s been so long since I’ve taught a yoga class - nearly 3 years! It was wonderful to start teaching again with these great moms in such a beautiful space. We are looking forward to next week. I’m going to be teaching a Yoga class at Moms and Tots in Beaulieu on Wednesday afternoons at 2:30-3:30pm. Starting 19 Oct 2022. Moms will get to do their Yoga practice while their tots can play in a safe and secure child-centered space.

Sometimes a tot might want to sit with their moms but that’s allowed! That’s why we put this pic of me and baby Thandi to show that there might be a few interruptions in the class but they are more than welcome. 🙏🏽 🌺🧘🏽‍♀️😊 Contact Carmen at Moms and Tots Beaulieu to book your spot!
