For the month of August, Midrand Kendo Dojo will be offering FREE kendo training to ladies, starting on Wednesday, 2 August 2017. No previous training is necessary and all fitness levels will be accommodated. What to wear: comfortable tracksuit pants or sweatpants, long or short sleeved t-shirt. Training is done barefoot.
