The wait is finally over.... welcome to the world candy cane... we so pleased you arrived safe and sound... (finally) thank Anja Harmse for your help.... thanks to Systematic Online Surveillance for the camera to video and witness the whole thing and monitor mom and baby all this time. Videos to follow and picture overload once mom and baby are in the paddock.

A leopard filly born at 10.15pm on the 18th November.

Today was a big day for TLC stables and Stud, we had our inspection from the south African sport horse federation for our little man (yoki) as well as our broodmares.
Firefly jumped out the arena, (not that it was a surprise to anyone) but behaved once she was caught again.
Gypsey was a good old lady and was sweet and willing for all.
True Imperium, clearly has done this before.. she was stood there and took everything in her stride... and she showed some lovely free movement.
tribal dancer despite being over due and fat and heavy and round, still was very well behaved with a bunch of strangers all around her, and actually can trot with her big fat tummy ;-)
Twister was breath taking with Tanya van Staden and showed the most awesome extended trot.. although she did jump out the arena when it come to free jumping :-0
Yoki was the star of the day and he was a true gem of a horse/hony. he was very well behaved and did everything that was asked of him and took everything in his stride and was made me beam with pride.. that little boy, just impresses me more and more each day... and he was a angel with the free jumping... thank you Sue Mesa for your help

Little baby Yoki.... omg.. look how cute he is....

We were blessed when Painted Crystal Clear had this beautiful baby boy late this afternoon, and just after he was born the heavens opened up and the rain came pouring down.
