If you're looking to improve your running speed, efficiency, and overall performance, it's time to start incorporating strides into your training routine.

Strides are short bursts of controlled, fast running that help improve leg turnover, running form, neuromuscular coordination, and confidence at faster paces. The best part? They don't leave you exhausted like a hard interval session.

We are incredibly proud to announce that every Kloof High School athlete who participated in the KZNCSSA North and South Durban Zonal Cross Country Trials on Saturday has successfully qualified for the next round on 20 June!

This outstanding achievement is a testament to the dedication, hard work, perseverance, and commitment shown by our athletes throughout the season. Their determination at training and willingness to push beyond their limits have truly paid off.

Congratulations to each and every athlete on this fantastic accomplishment. We look forward to seeing you at the next stage and wish you all the best as you continue your journey towards the National Championships.
