In the hustle and bustle of everyday life, we often forget to simply be present and to enjoy ourselves! Howzit friends and family

If you've been part of my journey and life, you probably know me as the dancer or the yogi. Dancing was seriously my whole life, my passion, my everything! 💃🧘‍♀️

But… life's taken some turns, and although dancing will always be in my heart, I've got a new obsession… OCR (OCR stands for Obstacle Course Racing), its bloody awesome!

Myself and my fiancé Andrew Helm, along with 30 other members from our incredible OCR team 👉 Adventure Obstacle Training, have qualified to compete in the World Obstacle - Fédération Internationale de Sports d'Obstacles taking place in Belgium in September (which is in exactly a month away)!

Our entire team are super excited to represent South Africa, but we need a bit more funds in our collective pot to ensure that we all get to go, so if you would be interested, we would love your support!
