This is your moment your very first Comrades Marathon! All those hours of practice, the early mornings, the long runs, and the dedication have brought you here. You’ve already done the hard work. Now it’s time to enjoy every single moment on that legendary road.
Soak in the atmosphere, the crowds, the camaraderie, and the beauty of the journey. When it gets tough (and it will), push through with everything you have. Believe in yourself you are stronger than you know.
You’ve got this. Run with heart, run with courage, and achieve what you’ve been training for. Cross that finish line knowing you gave it your all.

Dear Run Walk for Life family and our wonderful community.
Thank you! Despite the cold morning, you showed up in strong numbers for the NG Moedergemeente church event. It was beautifully well attended and filled with warmth and purpose.
To every participant, volunteer, and helper your effort and spirit made it possible. You reminded us all of the power of community, faith, and showing up for one another.

A huge congratulations on completing our first compulsory league AGW Cross Country event at Rooifontein, Kimberley!
We’re so incredibly proud of every single one of you. The dedication, effort, and heart you showed out there today was truly inspiring. Whether you were pushing for a personal best or simply giving it your all, your hard work did not go unnoticed.
A special thank you to all the parents for your support for waking up early, bringing your children, and cheering them on. None of this would be possible without you.
We’re eagerly awaiting the official results, but regardless of the times, every athlete who took part today is already a winner in our eyes.

Baie geluk aan ons span wat so sterk presteer het, selfs in die reënerige weer:
• Izelda de Jager – 42,2 km in onder 5 uur! Uitstekend, well done! 🔥👏
• Anre – 21 km
• Marelize – 21 km
• Frank – 21 km
• Andre – 10 km
