It is with great sadness that we inform our club members and broader judo community of the passing of Sensei Lorraine Job. Completely passionate about sport and it's players, she enriched many many of our lives as both a coach and sports administrator. She was one of the most senior grades in the country holding a 7th Dan. In her judo career she represented South Africa as a judo player, a national coach, and as a member of the JSA council. She also championed judo for the visually impaired - producing a number of visually impaired national champions who won in not only the visually impaired but also the able bodied categories. Our deepest condolences go out to Sensei Mike and Mikhaila.
