Not every win appears on the scoreboard.
Sometimes the biggest victories are much smaller.
It’s the player who finally nails the skill they’ve been practising for weeks. The child who walks onto the field a little more confidently than last time. The teammate who offers encouragement after a mistake. The player who keeps going when things aren’t going their way.
Those moments matter.
At junior level, we’re not only developing hockey players. We’re building confidence, resilience, teamwork and a love for the game.
So here’s your Tuesday reminder: celebrate the little wins too. They have a funny habit of becoming the big ones.
