Trainers come in all shapes and sizes and each brings their own unique fusion of skills and qualifications to the table in terms of how they train their clients.

Be sure to work with qualified trainers who are equipped with the skills and qualifications to help you get from where you are to where you want to be.

Given the current state of the world, many people are suffering from chronic stress and fatigue as they try to come to terms with their new realities and the financial climate.

The biggest area that suffers during a time like this is our health.

Many people, during times like these, would go as far as to rank money above health when it comes to importance and value.

The trouble is, that when we're not healthy and vibrant we struggle to take inspired action and make the kinds of choices that would support our futures.

That's why I'm so passionate about maintaining a consistent health and fitness routine to keep my mind and body stable and calm regardless of what's happening in the world around me.

Exercise will not only help you regulate your stress levels, but it will also help you build the discipline and mental toughness that you'll need to make it through.

People often ask me what's my secret when it comes to sticking to a healthy meal plan and living a fit lifestyle.

For me personally, a healthy diet is the backbone of living a fit lifestyle - and something that I noticed is that it's really challenging to stick to a 'diet'.

So why do most people fail at their diets?

Because we don't have access to quick AND healthy foods when we need them most.

If we're hungry, and nothing's been prepared - it's far easier to reach for a bag of chips than to make something.

That's why I do my best to make sure that I always have something healthy on hand that's quick and easy to prepare.

My favourite addition to my diet plan is my Herbalife shake.

What's one thing you could pre-prepare to make sure that you're always able to make a healthy decision in the spur of the moment?

Beautiful, strong, healthy bodies are built in the kitchen just as much as they're built in the gym.

It's so important to nourish your body with the foods it needs in order to build lean muscle tissue.

I don't always have time for elaborate meals so I do my best to meal-prep and have some easy healthy snacks on hand - like this salami and hummus.

When I absolutely don't have the time I make sure I've got an easy-to-make Herbalife shake on hand.

Your physique is 80% what you do in the kitchen and 20% what you do in the gym.

If your diet isn't supporting your body to heal, recover, and grow then your exercise routine is actually doing more harm than good.

Why? Inflammation.

It's for this reason that I am passionate about supporting my clients on all levels to help them achieve not only a stunning physique, but a healthy, vibrant body that allows them to do more of what they love.

One of my favourite ways to set the tone for the day is to make sure that I eat a nourishing and filling breakfast.
