This week at KHOSA!
Time Trial Wednesday at 6PM - Join us for a 4km or 8km run - remember to bring a headlamp or torch and wear reflective gear.
On Saturday we run the second Double Down Challenge - the Fire Route! 6AM at KHOSA Club - run one lap of 10.5km, OR Double Down and run the second lap in the opposite direction for a 21km run
Our Striding into Spring programme goes into week 2 - our beginners are up and running!!
Sunday at 6AM - Recovery run, 8km or 10km distances
We'll see you at KHOSA!!

Go from beginner to 10km in 10 weeks! Join today and get running. R450 for non-members - this gets you membership till the end of the year, 3 group runs per week, a running programme to get you to 10km consistently and easily and a captain on each run to make sure you are staying on track!

This Saturday we launch our Striding into Spring for our beginners' program! We'd love to have you join us if you are just getting into running and want to join a motivating, supportive group of like-minded people!
Remember that Club Runs have moved to our Spring Time of 6AM!
