OGKK School of Excellence hosted our annual ladies' High Tea, on Saturday, 16 August. The theme was Just do It!
Our guest speaker, Ms. Riva shared words of inspiration reminding us to chase our dreams, Sensei Cisna gave useful self-defense pointers, while Sensei Francois provided entertainment with an allegory story, and a few ladies won prizes in the lucky draw. Sensei Debbie demonstrated a beautiful and powerful Sanseiru kata.

The venue decorated and catered by Ms Malani Van Zyl was on point, as always. At the end of the morning, everyone left with full bellies, smiles on their faces, and time well spent in the company of strong women.
