Established back in 1988 by the Komga & Kei Road Runners, the event has just kept going, and become an Eastern Cape must. The day comprises of a 40km & 20km km mountain bike challenge, a 15km trail run, a 15km trail walk and for the less adventurous a 5km fun run/walk. The route runs along tough dirt roads that are off-set by the beauty of the Eastern Cape farmlands, Moordenarskop Mountain, the t

First 600 registred receive t-shirt, first 500 finishers a cabbage and warm round of appaluse from the locals as they cross the finish line at the Komga ShowGrounds. For the families and friends in support there is a market with fresh produce, jams, sweet delights, pancakes, steaks, clothing, jewlrey, biltong, clothing and much more. For the kiddies there is horse rides, jumping castle and mechanical bull rides.
