Tlou Segolela Sport Development We are a Non-Profit Organization whose mission is to develop sports in rural communities and also develop communities through sports.

Amongst other sporting activities we host Tlou Segolela Annual Festive Tournament in which we cater for Soccer, Netball and Basketball sports categories. During these period we invite scouts to come and watch the games with the hope that they will spot the grassroo

t level talent. TSAFT is hosted at Black Rovers Sports Ground in a village called Mabokelele (25KM west of Polokwane)

TSSD also hosts annual beauty pageants (MissTSSD) as a way to empower women by giving young ladies an opportunity to be the ambassadors of the Tlou Segolela Sports Development organization.

THE PSL PLAYOFF RACE JUST GOT A LOT MORE INTERESTING

The Promotion/Relegation Playoffs have taken another dramatic twist after Cape Town City FC secured a crucial 1-0 victory over Milford Football Club

With that result, the mini-league is now wide open and every remaining fixture could determine who will be playing in the Betway Premiership next season.

As things stand:
-Cape Town City are back in the race.
-Milford FC have missed an opportunity to strengthen their position.
-Magesi FC remain firmly in contention with everything still to play for.

For Magesi FC, the upcoming fixture against Cape Town City has now become even more significant. A positive result could put Dikwena tša Meetse in a strong position heading into the final stages of the playoffs.

CONGRATULATIONS, Vino Snap 🇿🇦

We would like to congratulate Pitsi Vincent Matlou, popularly known as Vino Snap, on his selection as part of South Africa's delegation to the 2026 FIFA World Cup in Mexico.

From the dusty football fields and rural communities to the biggest stage in world football, what an incredible journey 🙌

For nearly a decade, Vino Snap has dedicated his lens to telling the stories of grassroots football, travelling across communities to capture moments that many would otherwise never see. Through his photography, he has given visibility to young players, local tournaments and football dreams from rural South Africa.

His work has become synonymous with South African football culture and many football fans will remember how he was among the first people to publicly highlight the talent of Relebohile Mofokeng when he was still a youngster in Sharpeville. Years before the rest of the country knew his name, Vino was already calling on scouts to take notice of the future star.

Today, many of the players he photographed on dusty community grounds are making headlines in the PSL and beyond. His commitment to documenting football's grassroots stories has earned him respect throughout the football community.

This opportunity is not only a personal achievement for Vino Snap but also a victory for every young creative, photographer and storyteller who believes in their dream and is willing to put in the work.

Magesi FC's quest to retain their Betway Premiership status suffered a setback after a narrow 1-0 defeat away to Milford FC in their latest PSL Promotion/Relegation Playoff encounter.

Dikwena tša Meetse travelled to KwaZulu-Natal knowing a positive result would strengthen their position in the mini-league. However, Milford FC made home advantage count and secured all three points in a tightly contested affair.

Despite the defeat, the playoff race remains wide open and Magesi FC still have everything to play for as they continue their battle to secure another season in South Africa's top flight. HUGE STEP TOWARDS SURVIVAL! ⚽🐊

Magesi FC have given themselves a massive boost in their fight to remain in the Betway Premiership after a convincing 2-0 victory over Cape Town City at Seshego Stadium.

Playing in front of their passionate home supporters, Dikwena tša Meetse rose to the occasion and secured all three points in their opening PSL Promotion/Relegation Playoff fixture. The result puts Magesi in a strong position as they continue their quest to retain their top-flight status.

The battle for survival and promotion is officially ON

Magesi FC have survived automatic relegation and now have one more opportunity to fight for their place in the Betway Premiership. Dikwena tša Meetse will go head-to-head with Cape Town City FC and Milford Football Club in a high-pressure round robin playoff battle.

After a dramatic end to the season, Magesi secured a crucial victory over Richards Bay to avoid direct relegation and keep their top-flight dream alive.

For Cape Town City, this is a chance to immediately bounce back to the Premiership after relegation last season, while Milford FC are dreaming of reaching the top flight for the very first time. And Milford FC are off to a good start after winning their first playoffs against Cape Town City

During his recent interview on the CapricornFM Breakfast Show, our Chairman, Tlou Segolela shared a powerful football prediction that has now become reality.

Orlando Pirates Football Club have officially ended their 14-year wait to be crowned Betway Premiership champions after finishing one point ahead of Sundowns.

Meanwhile, Mamelodi Sundowns FC have once again made South Africa proud by conquering Africa and winning the 2026 CAF Champions League, their second continental title.
