Day 2 0f Eat Clean Train mean Challenge:
Both 5am and 5pm classes have been going well. It is predicted that we will reach full occupancy by End October.
Walks to the dam is starting up again this coming Saturday, we meet at our usual place outside Hillside bed and breakfast at 05h30 sharp.
Eating: Breakfast options: Eggs, bacon, avo, jungle oats, coffee with fresh cream.
Lunch today: Brown Rice and lentils mixed sautéed leeks, peppers and mushrooms (base)
Served with roasted pepper and tomato relish chutney and fillet steak strips. Choice of herb: Coriander.
Power shot drink served is: Detox Juice, amazing way to cleanse the liver, Contains beetroot, sweet patato, carrots, apple and ginger.
New routines will be done today at gym.

GOOD MORNING SHREDDERS! POST FROM YESTERDAY:
Day 1 of 21 "Eat clean- Train mean Challenge"
Most of us haven't been good this winter, we have all succumbed to Comfort food and liquid pleasures and Ultimately gained a few kilo's. Hence we have started this Challenge and its purpose is to Shred you back to your lean self with a combination of very specific foods combined with training. It is paramount that for the remainder of the month you have to stay away from:
*Sugar
*Refined Carbs and foods
*Condiments/sauces
The aim is to eat foods in its purest and most natural state.
The foods you will be eating are:
Lean protein
Good fats (olive oil-avocados etc)
*Leafy green vegetables
*Fresh fruit - apples, strawberries and greenish bananas (no grapes or watermelon)
*Biltong and raw, unsalted almonds
100% whey protein is also encouraged.
To drink?
H20 :)
On the menu for Today:
Thai Chicken Fillet served on a bed of a melody of fresh stir -fried vegetables and a power shot green juice. (A " double shooter" sized portion of leafy greens and a base of coconut water) to give the body a kick start.
