So apart from not being able to get to the gym as often. Perks of being an equine dental technician.

Your forearms pretty much work all day, 5 days a week. Grip strength like a vice, forearms most gym junkies would be jealous of without all the wrist curls.

Time to thicken up this winter.

A lot of the time I've got a problem with sticking to something longer than 3-4 weeks.

Being inconsistently consistent is literally my thing when it comes to a lot of things in my life. And it's worked for me so far.

Today I'm forcing myself to be consistent specially in regards to my own training, and I've always wanted to be heavy and brawny as a kid. Not a bodybuilder, someone strong enough to wrestle a bear, but still agile enough to climb, jump, sprint etc.

So I'm posting a progress photo, of my maintenance, sorta hitting the gym hard physique @ 72 kilos bodyweight and around roughly 16-17 percent bodyfat.

The goal, to maintain my bf % and increase in my bodyweight. 92kilos is the goal, and I've got 6 months left of this year to achieve it.

Going full bear mode this winter. πŸ’―
