Hydrorider is great for group exercise, physical therapy, rehabilitation and athletic training. Hydrorider can be used with people who have issues such as arthritis, obesity, fibromyalgia, previous injuries and who are de-conditioned.

An advantage of the Hydrorider Equipment is the property of buoyancy which in return provides stress free training for the joints and lower back. Which result in less back and knee injuries, constant water massage and a comfortable means to training.

Wrong.
Hydrorider has been created using the most innovative materials that will prevent it from rusting and falling to pieces within the year. Hydrorider has used marine steel which allows it not to readily corrode, rust or stain the water like normal steel does. Hydrorider training equipment needs little to no maintenance. Which makes it ideal for large groups to use, you could either leave them in the pool or have them stand just outside the pool and right before the class have 2 people (one in the water) place them in the water.

Everything on the bike is adjustable even the resistance, the four paddle wheels are adjustable on three levels the longer the paddle is pulled out, the greater the surface volume of water taken in, therefore the greater the resistance.
