Ts and Cs:
1. All paid up members of the golf course are eligible. Note that only current members will be eligible to win the cash prize, and non-members will be eligible to win the lucky draw.
2. This is an attendance based draw. The member must be present at the club at the time of the draw in order to claim the prize.
3. The draw will take place between 18:00-18:30 in summer and between 17:30 and 18:00 in winter.
4. A random number generator will be used to claim the pot.
5. If there is no winner on the night the pot will be rolled over to the next month and increase by R3000.
6. The monthly draw is accompanied by a monthly special meal e.g. Steak evening. Special Meal bookings must be made by Thursday morning to cover catering needs and is open to all members and guests accompanying members e.g. family and friends.
7. The monthly outcome will be tracked in a hard copy file for auditing purposes and for tracking the growth of the cash pot.
