28 & 29 of October 2023 dressage clinic for eventers from the judges point of view at , George. South Africa

Clinic focus on eventers common issues when riding dressage test.

For most of the eventers, dressage is boring, what about use dressage to improve your horse behavior, your horse strength and develop their skills?
Do you know developing your horse's self-carriage, you are also developing his rythm and gaits?

Just because a horse will go cross-country doesn’t mean he’s going to do well in eventing. Unless you can put in a good dressage test, you are not going to be competitive. Use biomechanics in a way to be more efficient

The rider who can show a nice dressage work, can drive every discipline.
Your dressage score can make or break you. It is about obedience, calmness and ride ability. The idea that the eventing horse is that much fitter that you can’t possibly control them just a cop-out for bad riding?

Dressage is essential for good performance in most other areas of riding. How are you e.g. supposed to shorten and lengthen strides for jumping when you have no dressage foundation on your horse?

How do you help stabilize the topline? That is really what is lacking, consistency of outline. The next step is the suppleness, which is also lacking in lots of eventer's horses. A lot of the eventers haven’t realised that the neck is the basis of the way a horse learns to balance himself, and that’s where you can unlock the tension.

We will address these issues and some others, join us in the open day of and enjoy their favolous arena! All is ready to for you!

I don't use programs to keep you improving. I give you real lessons on real time. Horses, as us, are not everyday on same mood, is important adapt the training system depending on the horse demand.
Online dressage lessons, is the key if you live far enough of a good professional.
I believe in the classical methods, not forcing and respecting horse timing...
Keep an eye on my web site, to have a better idea about my career, foundations and feelings.
